Am I Trusting?
by Jeannie St. John Taylor
Erik—a realistic and engaging character—returns in this hilariously illustrated book that convinces kids that God can be trusted. Despite falling in the creek and slopping hogs—the awfulest, stinkiest, scariest job on the farm—Erik learns to face his fears and trust God . . . he even finds that the thing he fears most may actually be a lot of fun.
REVIEW FOR PARENT: Erik goes to his Aunt Laurel's farm for a visit. Being away from home Erik discover new and scary thngs (thanks to cousin Sloan). While his fears overwhelm him he decides to trust in God. This was a delightful book because it taps into how children think and overemphasize fears. Parents are given great instructions on how to use the book with their child. The illustrations by the author are cute and right on point! -- aKidzfaith
